Ginnan will be paid a base salary of $420,000 a year and receive 150,000 shares of company stock, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing by EveryWare Global.
EveryWare is a publicly traded company that markets its products globally under a broad range of consumer brands including Oneida and Anchor Hocking.
Ginnan spent more than two decades at Standard Register, a Dayton-based communications services company. On Monday, this newspaper reported Ginnan had resigned and been replaced with several new executives, including one who will be responsible for Standard Register's restructuring efforts.
On Wednesday, Standard Register announced that trading of that company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange was suspended because the firm had fallen below the NYSE's continued listing standard.
