French Oil Mill Machinery announces executive changes

French Oil Mill Machinery Co., a Piqua-based manufacturer of hydraulic presses, oilseed and polymer equipment, has announced a number of executive changes.

Dennis D. Bratton, vice president of finance and treasurer, has retired from the company after nearly 27 years, officials said.

Tanya D. Shell has been named as the new vice president of finance, officials said. Shell joined the company in November 2012 as assistant vice president. She previously held various financial positions at Endolite, A.O. Smith Electrical Products Co., and Beta LaserMike Inc.

Tayte French Lutz has been appointed as director of marketing, treasurer and assistant secretary, and will join the company’s management team. Lutz, the fourth generation of the French family to work with the company, joined the firm in 2010 as marketing coordinator. Last year, Lutz was elected to the company’s board of directors.

French Oil Mill Machinery is a family-owned company founded in 1900 and headquartered in Piqua.
