State and county records show the buyer, Miamisburg Byers LLC, is an affiliate of Industrial Commercial Properties. Dean Miller, with ICP, said he didn’t have a comment on the sale at this time, so it’s not clear what will happen with the property.

The building is near the Byers Road and Lyons Road intersection, next to Cornerstone Research Group’s headquarters.

Industrial Commercial Properties, based in Solon, is one of the larger commercial property owners and the managers in the region, including a 1.2 million square-foot building near the airport on 2800 Old Springfield Road, Vandalia, and the Tenneco plant in Kettering among its portfolio.

The building was formerly home to Hooven-Dayton Corp but the printer closed and its assets were auctioned off Juy 2018.
