Petco store in Centerville to remain open

A company spokeswoman for Petco said the Centerville store will not close. The spokeswoman was unclear why a customer service representative would say the location was closing.

INITIAL REPORT:

Petco pet supplies store will close its location in Centerville.

A store associate said the store located at 231 E. Alex Bell Road was going to shut down, but a closing date has not been announced. Petco offers pet supplies like animal bedding, aquarium supplies, cages, toy, treats and more.

The location also has grooming services, occasional pet adoption events, dog training questions, pet vaccinations.

This media outlet will work to confirm the closing date of the store. Petco also has locations in Franklin and Kettering. Store associates for both of those locations said they did not believe the locations were closing.
