The property lies at the southwest corner of East Central Avenue and South Gebhart Church Road. Records describe the 18,558-square-foot structure, with a chain link fence, as having a garage for automobile work and multi-use offices. Most of the space is set aside for the garage, records show.

The Davis H. Elliot Co., based in Lexington, Ky., is an electrical maintenance and construction company.

Montgomery County date the transaction at Monday.
