Both buildings are set off the centrally located Courthouse Square downtown. The Key Bank Tower is a 27-story office-retail building.

The Leigh building, with the garage, is an eight-story mixed-use building, offering office, retail and parking with high visibility, a block away from Key Tower.

Key Bank is the anchor tenant in the Key building. Other tenants include the Downtown Dayton Partnership offices, the Krumholz law office and more. Both properties offer a total of 413,000 rentable square feet.

The Key tower is downtown Dayton’s second largest office building.

Those interested may register to bid with Irvine, Calif.-based Ten-X Commercial here. A participation deposit of $25,000 is expected.
