Upper Valley Medical Center bought a neighboring office property for $2.35 million.

The hospital, operated by Dayton-based Premier Health, bought the 33,000-square-foot office from Upper Valley Medical Properties.

The property that sold, Upper Valley Medical Park, is at 3006 N. County Road 25A in Concord Twp., just outside of Troy.

The hospital acquired the property on April 23, said Bart Weprin, of Weprin Realty, who represented the seller along with Ric Moody of Coldwell Banker Commercial Heritage.

The hospital was represented by Jordan Weidner of Cushman & Wakefield.
