Globe Food Equipment is based at 2153 Dryden Road. The company describes itself as a “provider of food preparation and cooking equipment for the food service industry.” The privately held company offers mixers and slicers, along with meat choppers, weighing systems, and gas and electric cooking equipment.

Mike Davis, development director for the city of Moraine, said the purchase may be a transfer to the company’s new owner.
