A new owner has purchased the Southland 75 Shopping Center near the Dayton Mall in Miami Twp. for $8.75 million, local property records show.

Montgomery County records picked up the transaction Friday, showing that RCG Southland LLC sold the 11-acre site — which includes a Hobby Lobby, a Dollar Tree and a Furniture Fair store, among other businesses — to Southland 75 Center, a limited liability company with a Hilliard Ohio mailing address. Lawrence Kirsch is listed as the LLC’s incorporator.
