The Moraine LongHorn restaurant property has been sold for nearly $1.3 million, but the restaurant isn’t closing or moving.

Blue Cheer Investments sold the steakhouse property at 1921 W. Dorothy Lane to Fountains Mobile Home Park LP for $1.28 million, according to Montgomery County property records. The transaction was recorded July 26.

The 5,355-square-foot building was built in 2003 and sits on a 1.6-acre site near the Walmart Supercenter at 1701 Dorothy Lane.

A company spokeswoman said Friday the restaurant will continue operating.

“While the property was sold, this does not affect our restaurant’s operation. LongHorn Steakhouse will remain open in Moraine,” the spokeswoman said.

LongHorn also operates restaurants at 6418 Miller Lane in Vandalia and at 2710 Towne Drive in Beavercreek.
