Mushroom Rally, Mario Kart themed race, coming to Ohio

Dress up as Luigi or Mario and hit the track because a custom go-kart race is coming to Ohio.

The Mushroom Rally, a traveling go-kart race event, will come to Cincinnati and Columbus in early 2019. On race day, participants will get a costume for 30 minutes of racing along with games and activities. Participants race against their favorite characters while collecting starts to win prizes.

Specific dates for Columbus and Cincinnati have not been announced.

Tickets for racing are limited and one winner from each city will be flown to Las Vegas for the grand finale and a chance to fight it out for the grand prize, event organizers said. People can sign up for information about the Cincinnati and Columbus races on www.mushroomrally.com.
