Premier Health is hosting an open house today at its new medical office building in Monroe.

Health providers will start seeing the first patients Friday at Premier Health’s new $9 million Beavercreek medical office, which brings together primary and specialty care physicians along with imaging and lab services.

The Dayton-based health system will hold a community open house from 4 to 7 p.m., on Thursday at the two-story, 45,000- square-foot building, at 2400 Lakeview Drive in Beavercreek, behind the Chick fil-A on North Fairfield Road.

Premier opened a similar medical office hub last in November at at 600 Aviator Court in Vandalia.

“What pleases me about this project is the patient-first approach to design,” Dr. Bihu Sandhir, Premier Physician Network primary care executive medical director, said in a statement. “The patient-centric space plan keeps the flow and wayfinding intuitive and breaks the large multi-specialty practices into smaller, easy-to-navigate zones.”

The Beavercreek location will have approximately 56 employees and 15 of those positions will be new. The medical office building will have space for 12 primary care providers and will have specialty services in orthopedics, cardiology, rheumatology, OB/GYN, imaging, and lab services through CompuNet.
