Moraine company marks Oklahoma expansion

Moraine-based WinWholesale Inc. has opened an Oklahoma subsidiary.

The company has opened Tulsa Winair to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and supplies to contractors in a 50-mile radius of the Tulsa, Okla. area, the company said Friday.

WinWholesale is the majority shareholder in the new company. In the WinWholesale business model, the majority owner provides Win and Noland Co. locations with support services such as accounting, payroll, IT and marketing. According to WinWholesale, this allows smaller offices to focus on their local markets, products and serving customers.

The president of Tulsa Winair is Jared Pond. “Our approach to business is simple; we take care of our customers. They are the only reason we’re here,” Pond said in the company’s announcement.

Privately held WinWholesale has 560 wholesaling locations in 45 states under the Win branded companies, Noland Company, Carr Supply and Wyatt Irrigation Co.
