The Huber Heights restaurant will be located at 7611 Old Troy Pike, according to city records. The Dayton Daily News first reported about this location in June.
The second location is at 3320 Benchwood Road in Butler Twp., where dozens of restaurants are located.
Both locations will seat about 166 guests and will operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and will eventually move to a 24-hour schedule. The restaurants bring 260 jobs to the area, and will be built with porcelain floors and IHOP’s iconic banquette seating.

The Dayton area had IHOP locations in the 1970s and 1980s, including one near Ohio 725 and Ohio 741 near the Dayton Mall and one on Shiloh Springs Road near the former Salem Mall, but those restaurants closed about 25 years ago.
The closest IHOPs to Dayton are in Beavercreek, West Chester and Mason.
