New window cleaning franchise opens in Xenia

Fish Window Cleaning has opened a new franchise location at 74 North Orange St., Xenia.

The location is owned by Shane Hartley. Prior to joining FISH, Hartley was a police officer/investigator for nearly 13 years and has been in the Army for the past 27 years. He was mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He returned from Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2012, earning a bronze star for working with the Afghan National Army, according to a company release.
