“We wanted to stay downtown and stay urban,” said Zahedi, Glasshouse broker-owner.

Zahedi said Glasshouse now has about 20 real estate agents and has outgrown its current office at 226 E. Sixth St.
The goal is to move in this summer though that timeline could change and Zahedi said they are still working with the city to get regulatory approval.
He said the business won’t use the church sanctuary for office space and the owners will be talking with neighborhood residents to get ideas for what the sanctuary could be used for.
“We want to get to know the neighbors first,” he said.
The Dayton Daily News previously reported that the 14 Potomac St. church has sold for $240,000 to Quinnco Investments LLC.
Quinnco Investments LLC lists an address that is the same P.O. box used by Dayton-based Kerry Group Properties. Doug Eastham, who owns Kerry Group, is also one of the partners who bought the building, said Zahedi.
The sale was recorded Jan. 18 by the Montgomery County Auditor. County property records state the 9,900-square-foot church was built in 1900.
