Joseph Hyundai dealership property sold: Dayton Business

An auto showroom and auto service site for the Joseph Airport Hyundai dealership sold Tuesday for $300,000, according to Montgomery County property records.

County real estate records show the property at 1220 W. National Road as having been sold for $300,000 from Joseph Realty LLC to Pond Realty Co.

1220 W. National Road is the address for the Joseph Airport Hyundai auto dealership. It’s adjacent to the Joseph Airport Toyota dealership, 1180 W. National.

The sale includes an auto showroom with offices covering more than 6,800 square feet as well as an auto parts service center covering 17,765 square feet.

Messages seeking comment were left for Christian Hahn, general manager for Joseph Airport Toyota.

Brian Kendall, used cars sales manager of Joseph Airport Toyota, said no dealership property has been sold to his knowledge and there are no plans to close any dealership. He did not know if the sale was a property transfer for tax liability purposes.

Ground was broken for the Hyundai dealership in 2011.
