There are five other Jellystone Parks in Ohio, including one that opened this spring at Hocking Hills in Nelsonville.
The family camping chain is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
Founded in July 1969 in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, there are more than 75 Jellystone Park locations in the U.S. and Canada. They feature amenities including pools, water slides, splashgrounds and Wi-Fi, as well as activities such as miniature golf, wagon rides, Yogi Bear character interactions and special theme weekends. Guests choose from premium cabins and yurts, deluxe RV sites and tent sites.
We are working to learn more about the location for the proposed Jellystone Park campground in the Dayton area.
