The Chewy building broke ground in the third quarter and should be completed in the spring, Colliers said in a quarterly report on the Dayton industrial market.
NorthPoint’s developments have been reshaping the area near Dayton International Airport, drawing big industrial tenants to land near near the Interstate 70 and 75 interchange.
The developer first built a 570,000-square-foot building for Spectrum Brands, which opened in early 2017 and employs about 325.
The industrial park is also home to pet supplies company Purina and plastic packaging maker Alpla, who share a 511,176-square-foot building.

Colliers said next quarter a third building, a 422,714-square-foot logistics facility, should be completed and that building is 80 percent leased to PetValu.
Some of the other major industrial sites near the Dayton International Airport include Procter & Gamble, FedEx and Carter Logistics.
