Rumpke Waste Inc. has invested $675,000 in four parcels of land totalling just over seven acres.

The land is found off Wagner Ford Road and Webster Street in Dayton. Rumpke bought 1.67 acres off Webster Street as well as three parcels off Wagner Ford, including a three-acre parcel with a commercial garage, according to Montgomery County property records. The transaction was recorded Friday.

The parcels include 2.07 acres off Wagner Ford and .404 acres, also off Wagner Ford.

The seller of all the parcels was Waste Management of Ohio, which operates a landfill at 2670 Wagner Ford.

A message seeking comment was sent to a Rumpke representative.
