Southwest Airlines has brought back its ultra-low fare sale — flights from as low as $49 — but you need to make your decision quick.

The sale ends at midnight Thursday, June 9.

The event started on Tuesday and offers some of the lowest cost non-stop flights at the airline, however there are a belly of restrictions not previously included in other large sales.

The only low cost fare that Southwest offers out of Dayton is to Chicago for $49. Columbus has flights going to Baltimore, Chicago, and St. Louis for as low as $49. Columbus also has flights to Boston and Atlanta for $69 and $79 respectively.

Once in the windy city, travelers have dozens of low cost flights at their fingertips. Some of the most notable sub $100 flights out of Chicago include: Atlanta; Baltimore; Charleston, SC; Denver; New Orleans; New York; Oklahoma City; Orlando, Fla.; Tampa, Fla.; Washington, D.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; Dallas; Hartford, Conn.; Houston; Jacksonville, Fla.; Philadelphia; San Antonio, Texas.

Fares are only valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. For flights to Florida and Nevada, the lowest fares are only valid on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Those wanting to travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico for the lowest cost flights must go between Mondays and Thursdays. The best fares for international flights are only valid on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The flights must be taken between Aug. 23 through Dec. 14 and for international flights between Aug. 23 through Dec. 13. The low rates are only valid to San Juan, Puerto Rico between Sept. 7 through Dec. 8.

Prices start to rise as mileage increases. For flights to the west coast like Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Phoenix all go for $129 out of Chicago. For those seeking vacations in Cancun, Mexico, one-way flights out of Chicago start at $179. Rates seem to abide by mileage markers.
