Amber Wenzler, of Cushman & Wakefield, was the broker in the sale. She said just two buildings in the three-building complex were part of the sale. The buildings are about 80 percent occupied, and are located less than ten minutes from downtown.
A third building that has been mothballed was not part of the transaction and still belongs to Univest, Wenzler said.
The buyers are investors out of Miami, Fla., and this is their first Dayton-area purchase and possibly their first Ohio purchase, Wenzler said.
Tony Witt, also of Cushman & Wakefield, also served as broker in the transaction.
