The facility at 6116 Wilmington Pike is expected to have spaces for radiology, ectrocardiogram testing, blood work and other functions, the documents say.
Sugarcreek Township Administrator Barry Tiffany said the clinic will be a great asset for children who live in the area.
“We are really excited to know they are coming. It is a great thing to have in your community. We have lot of kids in the immediate area that will benefit greatly from it,” he said.
