The Greene Town Center kicks off holiday season events

The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek is kicking off its holiday season events.

The shopping center is inviting the Dayton community to “Greene Saturday” on Nov. 18, for a day full of holiday giveaways and special events. The event includes a gift card promotion for the first 1,000 eligible shoppers to bring a minimum of $100 in same-day receipts to The Greene Redemption Center at 4396 Holly Drive, next to Express.

The event will also include the annual illumination of the 50-foot tall Christmas tree, welcoming of Santa Claus and his reindeer, and live music by Anthony Mossburg. Horse-drawn carriage rides and photos with Santa will also be available at the Town Square.

“The Tree Lighting and Santa arrival parade truly embody the magic of the holiday season, and we are proud to be a part of so many family’s holiday celebrations,” said Kelli Kooken, marketing director at The Greene Town Center.

The day’s events include:

9 a.m.– The Greene Stores and Reward Center Open

Noon – Carriage Rides begin and Live Reindeer Arrive

5 p.m.– Live Music by Anthony Mossburg, Song & dance brought to you by Muse Machine

6 p.m. – Santa Arrival Parade

6:15 p.m. – Tree Lighting with Santa & Child from Special Wish Foundation

7 p.m. – Santa Photo Set opens & Carriage Rides resume
