The new Sibcy Cline office will be run by J. Michael Pierson, vice president/sales manager. Barry Russello, the former owner of The Realty Group, and the 21 associates of Vandalia firm will join Sibcy Cline.
Robert N. Sibcy, President of Sibcy Cline Realtors®, is pleased to announce the merger of The Realty Group Realtors® with Sibcy Cline. On Monday, April 15, 2013, this unification of two locally owned real estate companies took place.

The Realty Group Realtors® was founded in 1981 with an office located in Vandalia, Ohio. That facility will now serve as the Vandalia Sibcy Cline branch office, joining several other Dayton area Sibcy Cline offices in Centerville, Beavercreek, Middletown/Monroe and Lebanon. Sibcy Cline now has 228 Dayton area agents servicing the area.
Barry Russello has been involved in Dayton real estate sales for over 37 years. A lifetime resident of the Vandalia area, Russello has been active in the community serving on various Vandalia/Butler Chamber of Commerce committees. He is an active member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors®. Russello and his wife, Betsy (also a Realtor®) have been married for 49 years.
The new Sibcy Cline office will be run by J. Michael Pierson, Vice President/Sales Manager. Pierson has been a real estate professional since 1986. His past success in sales has been noted with many real estate sales honors locally and statewide. Professionally he holds the CRS and GRI designations, denoting his expertise in residential real estate marketing, ethics, law, property management, investment, appraisals, taxation and brokerage management. Pierson is active with the Miami County and Dayton Boards of Realtors® and has served on various committees.
