Trimble Navigation to hire 30 IT workers

Trimble Navigation Ltd. will hire about 30 informational technology professionals in the Dayton area, according to Technology First, a regional IT trade association.

The California-based advanced manufacturing company will host a job fair on Nov. 20 at its local facility at 5475 Kellenburger Road in Huber Heights.

Technology First officials said Trimble is seeking workers for the following jobs: Oracle eCommerce business analyst, Oracle ERP/CRM business analysts, BI/Data warehouse manager, SQL Server DBA, Agile PLM support, electrical engineers, system engineers, control system engineer, software engineers and test engineers.

Trimble Navigation earlier this year announced plans to build a 130,000-square-foot warehouse adjacent to its current facility. The company, headquartered in Sunnyvale, Calif., makes GPS (Global Positioning Systems) receivers, laser rangefinders and inertial navigation systems.
