Shiloh Gardens Retirement Community has a new owner, Capital Health Care Network. PROPERTY RECORDS

A Trotwood nursing home and independent living community sold for $1.7 million to a local senior living network.

Shiloh Gardens Retirement Community and Shiloh Care Center sold to Capital Health Care Network, which already has locations in Ohio and West Virginia.

Locally, Capital also owns two other nursing homes, Carriage Inn of Dayton and The Oaks of West Kettering. Capital also has home health care and hospice divisions.

The 25-year-old Trotwood community is off Shiloh Springs Road next to Phillips Temple.

The previous owner was Dayton-based Eastway Behavioral Healthcare.

The sale was recorded Jan. 8 by Montgomery County property records.
