Terms of the acquisition for were not disclosed. Laurel Health Care took over operation of the nursing home on Thursday.
The names of the nursing homes will be changed to The Laurels of West Carrolton and The Laurels of Huber Heights, the company said in a news release.
Columbus-based Laurel Health Care is a provider of nursing, subacute, rehabilitative, and assisted living services. The company currently operates 34 facilities throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, and Virginia.
