The newly purchased two-story building has a basement and a parking area adjacent to the Oregon District. The seller was GGC Holdings LLC.
Also part of the purchase was about a third of an acre on Gates Street, behind the building.

Montgomery County land records dated the transaction Tuesday.
Messages were left for a Windsor representative Wednesday.
A year ago, Windsor took over work on the Fire Blocks district, located downtown between the core business district, the riverfront area and the Oregon and Victoria theater districts.
"It's not going to be just any play or any eat — it's going to be very good stuff," Windsor spokesman Eric VanZwieten told the Dayton Daily News last year. "Most people build a building or develop a building — we are doing an entire neighborhood."
