The former home of Production Design Services in West Carrollton just sold for more than $1 million to a domestic limited liability company.

The industrial building at 401 Fame Road sold for $1,060,000 from John and Jeff LLC to F&J Investment Properties LLC, Montgomery County property records show. The building is on .7 acres of land.

The latter LLC is tied to Frank Dunkin, president and CEO of Ginko Systems Corp. in West Carrollton.

The building had been home to Production Design Services Inc., who in recent months last year moved to 313 Mound St. in Dayton, with about 110 jobs. The company also has a Cincinnati location.

Production Design leaders said the company had outgrown its Fame Road home and had considered building a new home in Miamisburg at one point.
