This comes nearly four months after the same company — also known as “Technicolor” — told the state it would lay off 59 employees, also in Wilmington. That earlier batch of layoffs was to happen Nov. 1 to Dec. 27 this year, the previous notice said.

More recently, in a letter dated Sept. 20, Carrie Archer, Deluxe vice president of human resources, said affected employees are scheduled to be separated from the company starting Dec. 1, 2019, or during the 14-day period starting on that date, and continuing through April 1, 2020, or during the 14-day period beginning on that date.

The motion picture and video post-production company also laid off 68 employees in Burbank, Calif. in late 2018.

The Wilmington employees work in a warehouse at 3418 Progress Way.

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group is a video creation and distribution company.
