The real estate purchasing arm of Winsupply Inc. has bought a Moraine mobile home park property for just over $487,000, Montgomery County property records show.

But the company has no immediate plans for the site, company leaders said Tuesday.

Wholesalers Property Co. LLC bought the former mobile home property at 100 Artie Court from Lynne Leigh Properties LLC in a transaction recorded late last week, records show. The sale price was $487,500.

The nearly seven acres of property can be found off southbound Kettering Boulevard near the Harco Manufacturing and Fuyao Glass America plants in Moraine.

Winsupply itself has its corporate headquarters less than a mile to the north just off Kettering Boulevard.

Privately-held Winsupply has nearly 600 wholesaling locations in 45 states, offering residential and commercial construction and industrial supplies and equipment.

Bill Tolliver, Winsupply vice president for real estate, said his company was approached by the seller. Company leaders were interested because the land is contiguous to company property.

“We have no plans for immediate development or any ideas,” Tolliver said. “We just knew. It was there, it was the right time and the right place.”

He said Winsupply is in “growth mode.” The company saw $3.2 billion in annual sales in 2017.

“If the need ever comes, and if we ever require any additional space … it’s nice to know that we got it,” Tolliver added.
