Located in the Lakewood Commons Yankee Trace, 55-and-older community, this brick ranch has volume ceilings that create open social areas and four versatile bedrooms within its floor plan.

Listed for $299,900 by Bill Lee and Associates Inc., the home at 1416 Holes Creek has about 2,340 square feet of living space. The brick home was built in 2004 and is tucked back within the community. There is a pond, gazebo and walking paths nearby, and at the entrance of the neighborhood is a clubhouse or community building.

A concrete driveway leads to the two-car garage, and a wide sidewalk leads to the covered main entrance.

Oak hardwood flooring fills the entrance foyer and continues into the great room, breakfast room, a kitchen and four-season Florida room. Bathrooms and the laundry room have ceramic-tile flooring, and the bedrooms have neutral carpeting.
