Kitchen/breakfast room opens to rear deck

A full, finished basement adds to the living space of this ranch, which features a split floor plan with open concept social areas.
Listed for $269,000 by Irongate Inc. Realtors, the brick-and-vinyl home at 4423 Longmeadow Lane was built in 2005 within the Meadows of Beavercreek subdivision. The house has about 2,720 square feet of living space, including the finished basement.
A concrete driveway leads up to the two-car garage, which has built-in storage. The back yard is surrounded by an aluminum fence, and a storage shed with electric service was built last year. The rear wooden deck is partly covered by an aluminum awning.
Formal entry opens into a foyer with vinyl flooring that wraps down a hallway and continues into the kitchen and breakfast room. A formal dining room is open to the foyer with accent wall-pillars that have crown molding caps. A cathedral ceiling starts at the dining room and peaks above the great room and kitchen, which are divided by flooring and a peninsula counter and partial wall.
Windows flank the gas fireplace, which is the centerpiece of the great room. The fireplace has a dentil, wood mantel. The breakfast room has sliding patio doors that open to the rear deck.
A buffet counter with glass-pane hanging cabinets above is built into the breakfast room and provides additional storage for the kitchen.
The kitchen has an angled counter with a double sink, and additional cabinetry and countertops surround the appliances that include a range, microwave and dishwasher. There is a small pantry closet and access to the front foyer hallway.
Tucked back off the hallway is a bi-fold closet, which houses the laundry hook-ups. The laundry closet is across the hallway from the entrance to the main bedroom, which has a private bathroom. The bath features a double-sink vanity with medicine cabinet between the sinks, a soaking tub below a window, a walk-in shower with ceramic and glass surround and a walk-in closet with built-in organizers.
Two bedrooms and a full bath are located off a short hallway from the great room. The bedrooms mirror each other in size while the bath has a tub/shower and single-sink vanity.
A hidden stairwell leads to the basement from the foyer. At the bottom of the staircase a hallway ends within the media room, which has a two-seat peninsula bar counter, a projection television with wall screen and sconce lighting. French doors open into a bonus room, which could be a fourth bedroom as there is a closet.
A full bathroom has a ceramic-tile walk-in shower with glass doors, a single-sink bureau vanity and ceramic-tile flooring.
A kitchenette has tile flooring, countertops and cabinets, appliances and a sink. A door opens from the kitchenette into an unfinished storage and utility room. And another door opens into a semi-finished room that could be a workshop or hobby room with storage, counter space and peg-board walls.
