A short list of the renovations made to this brick ranch located in Kettering includes opening up the foyer with an open stairwell, finishing the attic into a bedroom suite, updating all four bathrooms and the kitchen, transforming the lower level into a recreation room with kitchenette.
Listed for $414,900 by Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors, the brick- and-cedar house at 3400 Sunny Crest Lane has about 3,180 square feet of finished living space plus semi-finished bonus rooms within the lower level.
