Located at the entry of the Beechwood Hill subdivision outside Springfield, this Tudor home sits on 1.225 acres with paver brick walkways, wrought-iron fence accents, a koi pond with waterfalls and a large solarium that allows for panoramic views of the landscaped and tree-filled property.

Listed for $339,900 by Real Estate II, the home at 4181 Autumn Creek Drive has about 3,140 square feet of living space plus the walk-out basement. A paver-brick walkway leads to the formal front entry from the driveway with an extra parking pad and access to the two-car garage. A wrought-iron fence accents the front walkway and also surrounds a tea garden in the back yard.

Inside, the two-story foyer has ceramic-tile flooring and an open staircase. To the left and right off the foyer, the formal living room and dining room have a bay bump-out and crown molding.

Straight back are the kitchen and breakfast room.
