Multiple charges were filed against him Thursday in Montgomery County Municipal Court - Eastern Division, including two counts of rape, one for a victim younger than 13; two counts of creating child pornography, three counts of gross sexual imposition and other child pornography-related offenses, according to police and court records.
Hansford is accused of recording himself engaging in various sex acts with a girl known to him. The allegations stem from incidents between Jan. 1, 2013, through Sept. 23, according to an affidavit.
Hansford was arrested Friday afternoon by U.S. Marshals, according to jail records.
A judge already set Hansford’s bond at $750,000, court records show.
