The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force seized two kilograms of fentanyl during a Tuesday raid in Dayton.

The task force announced it served a search warrant in the 100 block of Andrews Street.

One person was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on drug possession charges who will face federal drug charges, according to a release.

The person’s name was not released and the matter remains under investigation.

The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force is an organization of local, state and federal law enforcement agencies focusing on drug trafficking in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
