Three new concerts have been announced this summer at the Fraze Pavilion, including a performance by Grammy-award-nominees The Avett Brothers.

In a release, the venue said that The Avett Brothers would perform on Saturday, June 28 at 8 p.m. The group hit the mainstream in 2009 with critically acclaimed label debut album “I And Love And You” and has since continued their success with highly-rated albums “The Carpenter”, “Magpie And The Dandelion”, and “True Sadness”.

Later in the summer, the venue announced that it will bring back the sold-out That Arena Rock Show, which showcases the “classic” rock music of the 70s and 80s, playing on Friday, Aug. 15 at 8 p.m. According to the release, tickets will be only $10 in advance for the show presented by United Way of the Greater Dayton Area.

That same weekend, the pavilion announced veteran rock band Skillet, along with a to be announced special guest, will perform Sunday, Aug. 17 at 8 p.m. As of 2024, Skillet has received two Grammy Award nominations of its own and landed multiple other accolades, selling over 22 million units worldwide over nearly three decades, the release said.

Tickets for each of these shows will go on sale starting Monday, Feb. 1 at 10 a.m.
