According to The Blast, the reality star and former husband of Phaedra Parks was taken into custody at the Philadelphia Federal Court House and placed back into the prison system. As a result, he may now remain inside a prison cell until his original release date of October 15, 2019.

Nida spent six years in prison from 2003 to 2009 for racketeering. Soon after his release, he orchestrated schemes to rip off at least 50 people over five years, pocketing at least $2 million. Eventually, the federal authorities sentenced him for bank, mail and identity fraud.
