Violations/comments: Single service containers of blue cheese, ranch, cheese and pizza sauce kept at room temperature. These items were all marked "keep refrigerated." They must be kept at 41 degrees or below to prevent bacterial growth. Items discarded. The pizza cutter was not being washed often enough. Food utensils must be washed at least once every four hours of continued use to prevent bacterial growth. The following items need to be cleaned: prep unit; keyboard at prep unit; walk in interior; tomato cutter; stored scoops; can opener; floor. The back door was propped open. This must be closed or properly screened to prevent pests.
