Violations: Observed working containers of poisonous or toxic chemicals in the kitchen that were not properly labeled with the name of the material. Bottles labeled during inspection. To prevent health hazards, working containers used for poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.
Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Spray bottles of sanitizer, stored on prep table and on racks used to store food and utensils. Bottles moved during inspection. To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles.
Comments: At time of inspection facility is clean and all food checked is at proper temperature. Good.
