Starbucks, Jimmy John’s planned east of I-75 in Springboro

The Springboro Planning Commission is to meet in work session on Wednesday, April 13, at 6 p.m. to consider plans for a new retail building for a Starbucks and Jimmy John’s at 860 W. Central Ave., Ohio 73 in Springboro.

The 3,900-square foot building is to be built just east of Interstate 75 and on the north side of Central Ave. The developer plans to demolish a vacant bank branch building operated by PNC until late 2013. Sprowls Orthodontics is to the west. Another road access parallels West Central Avenue and is connected to a signalized intersection at Taco Bell and KFC on Central Ave.
