Clarece Richardson, who launched the business in 2015 with her husband Gerald, said guests will be able to sample more than 25 dishes and beverages.

“With that ticket, it gets you full access,” she said.
Breakfast, lunch, appetizers and dinner items will be featured as will a champagne bar, music and four different lemonades.

Richardson said the goal is to get the word out about the company, which had a similar event on a smaller scale in 2017.

“It is important for us to expose that we do a lot of things. We do soul food, southern food, Mexican food, Italian food...,” Richardson said. “What we really want people to know is that we are a full catering company. We are competing and competing well with some of the larger catering companies.”
Items will include Rich Taste’s taco bar and hand-rolled meatballs.

Richardson said her company has worked with Kettering Medical Network, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright-Patt Credit Union.
Rich Taste is the University of Dayton’s minority-owned catering company, she said.
