More than 15 goats of different sizes clomped their way between yoga mats — not being shy about nibbling on a few mat corners or getting up close and personal with new human friends. Pair the little trouble makers with the most tranquil setting of towering pines on Secret Eden’s property and you have a new “must” on our Dayton summer bucket list.

Sessions are scheduled for almost every weekend through June and more are likely to be added as summer continues. A typical ‘Goat Yoga Experience’ class costs $25 per person and last about two hours.
Like last summer, Secret Eden will host a few special classes like its Goat Yoga Mimosa Brunch on Sunday, June 23. After an hour of easy flow yoga, the class will be served a full brunch immediately after. This class costs $45 per person. You must register online to ensure a spot, however, cash is accepted at the door.
The classes fill up fast, so you will need to register ahead of time. Details and registration can be found at www.secreteden.net.
The “experiences” begin with time for quality selfies with the herd. Participants then get to lead the herd to a beautiful outdoor studio beneath a canopy of pines for an hour-long easy flow yoga session “designed for all levels.”
