Downtown Dayton is welcoming the community across its threshold.

Nine housing developments will be open for the Downtown Housing Tour organized by the Downtown Dayton Partnership from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 11.

“We will have two development sites this year, plus a construction site at the new Monument Walk building,” Val Beerbower, a spokeswoman for the DDP, said via email. “The Arcade will be publicly accessible, as will the Fire Blocks. You’ll be able to see some framed apartment spaces in the Fire Blocks and get a special preview of some of their commercial tenants, as well.”

See list of participating housing developments with descriptions and addresses below.
