There has been a change in the details, but Carvers Steaks and Chops will indeed host a Johnnie Walker Scotch Dinner on 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27 at the restaurant at 1535 Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Washington Twp.

The dinner was originally set up to include a complimentary bottle of Johnnie Walker Red Label for diners to take home as part of the $125 cost of a reservation. The take-home bottle is now no longer part of the package, and the cost of the dinner  has been adjusted to $95. The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control puts severe restrictions on the sale of liquor, which is regulated and controlled by the state.
