Fierce, sickening and outrageous hairstyles will hit the runway tonight in support of a local nonprofit.

Hospice of Dayton's HAIRSHOW Outrageous 4: Generations of Hair is slated for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, Sinclair Community College's Ponitz Center, 444 W. Third St.

Registration is $75 for the event that includes lunch and entertainment.

Proceeds will benefit a list of Hospice services that include Indigent Care; In-patient care option; focus and palliative care and community wide grief support services.

Glam on the Go, Michael's Salon & Spa, Posh Salon, Salon J Ladner, Salon Lofts and Square One Salon & Spa will compete for the title "Top Salon."

The salons will represent an era from the past artistically.

The event included a now-closed public vote.

Judges include: Dayton.com's Amelia Robinson; Eva Buttacavoli, the executive director of Dayton Visual Arts Center; and Chuck Vella of  Chuck Vella of vellaINC public relations; Lynda Hoffman, a Hospice of Dayton Foundation Board member; and Tonya Roberds of Dezigns By Tonya.

Roberds has won HairShow Top Salon for three consecutive years.
