Try this: Yogurt flavors for fall from Noosa, Chobani and Lifeway

As a daily yogurt consumer, I have tried a lot of different brands and flavors. I have a new favorite: Noosa. Thick and velvety, this "yoghurt" is made from whole milk on a family farm in Colorado and sweetened with cane sugar and honey. The result is a rich, fresh blend that tastes more authentic than some lower-fat varieties in the grocery store cooler. Noosa has flavors like Honey, Strawberry Rhubarb, Peach and Tart Cherry (which tastes very much like cherry pie), plus two new seasonal options: Pumpkin and Cranberry Apple. Go for the Cranberry Apple, especially if you are suffering from pumpkin fatigue. There is a bright tartness that balances out the sweetness of the fruit and milk. Noosa yogurt is available locally at Target, Whole Foods and the Fresh Market.

Another new non-pumpkin yogurt flavor worth trying: Chobani's Cinnamon Pear Blend. It's a not-too-sugary mix of spices and pear flavor, a fun twist on the apple flavors so commonly paired with spices during fall.

Lifeway has also released a seasonal dairy product, a Pumpkin Spice kefir. Never tried kefir? It's like liquid yogurt, rich and thick with a smoothie-like quality. The fermented dairy drink is loaded with probiotics, so a cup a day is good for your gut. This Pumpkin Spice variety is sweet with lots of flavor; unlike Lifeway's very drinkable Strawberry and Blueberry flavors, it seems best as a cinnamony ingredient in crumbly cake or muffins.
