1 injured in 2 crashes involving semis on I-75 south in Harrison Twp.

One man was injured in two crashes reported at the same time Tuesday night on Interstate 75 in Harrison Twp.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies were called around 11:40 p.m. to the two crashes that happened near each other on I-75 South. Both crashes, which were south of Needmore Road, involved a car and semitruck.

In the first crash, a Hyundai hit the back of a semi truck. The man driving the Hyundai was taken to a local hospital with injuries described as not life-threatening, according to the sheriff’s office.

In the second crash, a semi truck struck the back of an Acura SUV. No one was injured in the second crash.
